Kori is a fixture of the Singapore restaurant scene, having established and managed several of the city’s best loved F&B destinations including Osia, Sky on 57 and BarRoque. Her experience covers everything from Michelin-starred fine dining to more casual establishments, all delivered to exceptional standards.

Kori will continue to bring her warmth and visionary leadership to exciting global projects as her role as Chief Development Officer. She is overseeing the development of all new Clubs and is currently working on Beaune, Bordeaux and Melbourne. After successfully launching En Primeur in Hong Kong earlier this year, she will focus on expanding the En Primeur membership to cities without established Clubs.
