SUADELA Italian Wine with Daniele Cernilli – Tuesday 24th January

SUADELA produces wine in Italy’s most loved and respected wine regions, offering the opportunity to enjoy both prestigious and familiar denominations. Through it, we explore Barolo, Brunello di Montalcino and Chianti Classico, and discover lesser-known ones such as Cannonau di Sardegna, Taurasi (Aglianico) and Verdicchio Riserva.

For its Collezione degli Enologi, SUADELA works with eight of Italy’s most accomplished winemakers (enologi), thus preserving their exacting standards across the range. On the night, we will be joined by Beppe Caviola (Piedmont), Gianni Menotti (Friuli) and Umberto Trombelli (Tuscany & Marche).

We are delighted to welcome Daniele Cernilli as our host, the prominent wine critic and one of the founders of Gambero Rosso, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Gambero Rosso Wine Guide for twenty-four years. Since 2015, under DoctorWine, he has been publishing his own annual Essential Guide to Italian Wine and his online magazine.
