In little more than 30 years, Royal Tokaji has risen to and long since secured its place in the upper echelons of great sweet wine producers.
Tokaji is a capricious beast that hinges on several climatic stars aligning, not least the ethereal misty mornings which merely hint at the wine’s enigmatic nature.
Bringing clarity and insight, 67 Pall Mall’s Assistant Head Sommelier, Zsofi Kiss, is joined by Royal Tokaji’s Winery Director, Kovács Adorján Zoltán, to showcase a handful of its sublime creations, including its rarest and most singular of wines: Essencia.
