A Quiz of Two Halves: Old World Vs New World – Monday 14th August

If the raucous reception accorded to Deputy Head Sommelier Elton Muço earlier this year is anything to go by, our Members love a quiz. So with this in mind, our Head of Events Lucy Marcuson and ex-Decanter editor Guy Woodward are teaming up to present a brand new set of vinous conundrums to challenge and entertain all budding connoisseurs…

The questions posed by our quizmasters will focus firstly on wine facts from the Old World, before the second half explores the New. Teams (of up to four) and individual contestants are equally welcome – and if you want to join forces with another Member or two on the night, we can facilitate that too.

Members can expect an evening of light-hearted fun as our sommeliers circulate with some delicious wines, and a tip or two. We will be serving a selection of wines from the list on the night, along with some delicious canapés and snacks. And yes, there will be prizes…

Please note that once your order is placed, your ticket status will display as “processing” until after the event, when your member account is then charged. You will receive an email confirmation after ordering your tickets, stating that your order is being processed – please take this as full confirmation that your booking has been finalised. Please note, tickets are refundable for cancellations up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable unless 67 Pall Mall resells the ticket to another Member. This is only possible when the event is sold out and there is a waiting list.
