  This professional wine knife, both elegant and intuitive to use, is the result of a 12-year journey of designing, refining and manufacturing by Member and Code38 founder Jeffrey Toering. Toering, a trained aircraft instrumentation engineer, wanted to offer a device that befitted an exceptional dining experience. The outcome is arguably the most artistically engineered, user-friendly, durable and reliable wine knife on the market. Many of the world’s elite wine professionals claim Code38 as their primary tool of choice. Featuring a textured stainless steel body and components, the Code38’s exceptional part detail and component accuracy is achieved through a process of metal injection moulding (MIM), generally reserved for Swiss watch, aerospace and prestige car component manufacturers. This edition, crafted exclusively for our Members, features the '67' logo on the lifter. Non-branded devices are available.
