Earlier this year, Kyle came into the Club with a bottle in each hand to do a tasting with a Member of the Club in the Members’ Lounge. He got chatting to Ronan Sayburn MS, our Head of Wine, and they thought it would be only fair that we give Members the chance to know Kyle not only as Portlandia’s mayor or as Dune’s Paul Atreides, or perhaps as Dale Cooper in Twin Peaks or as Trey MacDougal in Sex and the City – but as a passionate and talented winemaker, in his toughest role yet…

Crafted with the talents of Dunham Cellars winemaker Eric Dunham, Kyle’s Cabernet, Syrah, and Rosé are among the top wines being bottled in Washington State today. Tortured scablands; dry, rocky plateaus; blistering summer days and crisp nights contribute to a wine region uniquely its own. Eastern Washington is an acquired taste and can be hard to love, unless you’re from there, of course…
