67 on Hollywood
Open Tuesdays to Saturdays
We are beyond pleased to announce the launch our very first residency bar in Hong Kong, 67 on Hollywood. In typical 67 Pall Mall fashion, we’re proud to present the most extensive by-the-glass Pinot selection in Hong Kong: 67 in total (it’s our favourite number).
Nestled in the heart of Central, 67 on Hollywood is situated on 41 Hollywood Road (next to Frenchies bakery). Named the second coolest street in the world in 2024 by Time Out, Hollywood Road now has its very own 67 Pall Mall residency. How’s that for accolades?

Mapping Morey-St-Denis with Jasper Morris MW
Wednesday 12th February
The village of Morey-St-Denis is often overlooked, sandwiched as it is between the trendier appellations of Chambolle-Musigny and Gevrey-Chambertin. Our Burgundy guru Jasper Morris will set the record straight with a tasting tour of Morey-St-Denis, including some of the most famous and desirable names. Two village blends courtesy of Edouard Delaunay and Hubert Lignier will introduce us to the style, with Jasper telling us the story behind each wines. Next come two premiers crus from cult producers – Roumier and Perrot-Minot – which arguably still represent a rare smart buy in Burgundy, especially as they start to show the complex wonders of bottle maturity.
Then we experience the two jewels in the crown: the awesome grands crus of Dujac’s Clos St Denis and the legendary Clos des Lambrays, which justifiably rank alongside the very best of red Burgundy. From the 2016 and 2015 vintages, these wines are just entering their peak drinking, exhibiting the true majesty of Morey.
We’ll be tasting:
2020 Hubert Lignier, ‘Trilogie’ Morey-Saint-Denis
2019 Edouard Delaunay, Morey-Saint-Denis
2018 Domaine Georges Roumier, Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru ‘Clos de la Bussière’
2016 Perrot-Minot, Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru ‘La Riotte’ Vieilles Vignes
2016 Domaine Dujac, Grand Cru Clos Saint Denis
2015 Domaine des Lambrays, Grand Cru Clos des Lambrays

Coche-Dury 2019: an unmissable dinner with Jasper Morris MW
Thursday 13th February
Coche-Dury is ultimate expression of white Burgundy: a sacred beacon for wine lovers all around the world. Securing a single bottle of this hallowed wine is rare enough; experiencing a horizontal tasting of five legendary cuvées, guided by Burgundy behemoth Jasper Morris, at an intimate wine-pairing dinner at the one-Michelin-starred Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic, is simply unprecedented.
Members are invited to join us to taste five of Coche-Dury’s extraordinary wines from the 2019 vintage, each thoughtfully paired with dishes from a meticulously crafted six-course menu that not only showcases the pinnacle of French cuisine but also reflects Chef Anne-Sophie Pic’s passion for infusing her creations with the delicate, nuanced flavours of Asian ingredients.
We will start with an uncanny Aligoté that transmits their famous house style, before moving onto the big guns: three Meursaults that exemplify that appellation: first the village blend, then Rougeots and the ultra-rare Chevalières. Plus we have the astonishing Puligny-Montrachet ‘Les Enseignères’, which rivals the neighbouring grands crus for sheer, bewitching quality.
In Burgundy, the 2019 vintage was exceptionally small, with a hot summer creating highly concentrated fruit. At just over five years old, they are already showing maturity that showcases the complexity that makes these wines so famous.
With only one bottle available of each, this is a strictly limited wine dinner experience giving Members the opportunity to get up close and personal both with the wines in an intimate setting at the Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic – and with Jasper.
